qlik item create

Description

Creates and returns a new item. An item references an internal or external resource. A resource cannot be both internal and external.

qlik item create [flags]

  • --description (string) -

  • --file (string) [shorthand:-f] - Reads request from a file

  • --help [shorthand:-h] - help for create

  • --interval (int) - Duration in seconds to wait between retries, at least 1 (default 1)

  • --name (string) -

  • --quiet [shorthand:-q] - Return only ids from the command

  • --raw - Return original response from server without any processing

  • --resourceCreatedAt (string) - The RFC3339 datetime when the resource that the item references was created.

  • --resourceId (string) - The case-sensitive string used to search for an item by resourceId. If resourceId is provided, then resourceType must be provided. Provide either the resourceId or resourceLink, but not both.

  • --resourceLink (string) - The case-sensitive string used to search for an item by resourceLink. If resourceLink is provided, then resourceType must be provided. Provide either the resourceId or resourceLink, but not both.

  • --resourceSubType (string) - Optional field defining the item's subtype, if any

  • --resourceType (string) - The case-sensitive string defining the item's type.

  • --resourceUpdatedAt (string) - The RFC3339 datetime when the resource that the item references was last updated.

  • --retry (int) - Number of retries to do before failing, max 10

  • --spaceId (string) - The space's unique identifier.

  • --thumbnailId (string) - The item thumbnail's unique identifier. This is optional for internal resources.

  • --config (string) [shorthand:-c]- path/to/config.yml where parameters can be set instead of on the command line

  • --context (string) - Name of the context used when connecting to Qlik Associative Engine

  • --headers (stringToString) - Http headers to use when connecting to Qlik Associative Engine (default [])

  • --insecure - Enabling insecure will make it possible to connect using self signed certificates

  • --json - Returns output in JSON format if possible, disables verbose and traffic output

  • --server (string) [shorthand:-s]- URL to a Qlik Sense server (SaaS or Enterprise on Windows) or directly to a Qlik Associative Engine

  • --server-type (string) - The type of server you are using: cloud (SaaS), windows (Enterprise on Windows) or engine

  • --verbose [shorthand:-v]- Log extra information
